目的检验中文版职业生涯成功量表在三级甲等医院医护人员职业生涯测量中的信度和效度。方法使用由严圣阳等翻译和检验的中文版职业生涯成功量表,对1051名三级甲等医院临床医生和护士进行调查,分析量表的信度和效度。结果中文版职业生涯成功量表总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.909,分量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.870~0.901;总量表重测信度为0.885;各维度内容效度均大于0.825且有统计学意义;各条目在所提取的相应公因子上的载荷值均大于0.766,因子分析提取的3个因子共解释总变异的77.27%。结论中文版职业生涯成功量表具有较高的信度和效度,可用于三级甲等医院临床医护人员职业生涯成功测量和研究。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Career Success Scale in the occupational career measurement of health care workers in Grade A hospitals. Methods A Chinese version of Career Success Scale translated and tested by Yan Shengyang et al was used to investigate the reliability and validity of 1051 clinical doctors and nurses in Grade A Hospital. Results The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the Chinese version of the career success scale was 0.909, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the subscales was 0.870-0.901, and the test-retest reliability of the total scale was 0.885. The content validity of each dimension was greater than 0.825 and there were statistics Significance; each item in the extracted corresponding common factor load value greater than 0.766, factor analysis of the three factors extracted total explained 77.27% of the total variation. Conclusion The Chinese version of Career Success Scale has a high reliability and validity and can be used for the successful measurement and research of the occupational career of clinicians in Grade A hospitals.
