“安康杯”竞赛是落实“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”方针、促进安全生产管理、提高职工安全素质和安全意识的一项重要活动,是推动安全生产工作的一种有效载体和重要形式。本文结合汤河水库管理局“安康杯”竞赛活动实际情况,提出从健全组织机构、强化宣传教育引导、丰富活动内涵、做到三个结合等几方面深入推进水库管理单位“安康杯”竞赛活动的建议。
