目的评价成型车间使用气动刷胶机后的实施效果,为职业病防治提供科学依据。方法采样劳动卫生学调查方法,分析和比较使用气动刷胶机前后成型车间作业环境中苯和甲苯浓度的变化和工人职业健康监护结果。结果使用气动刷胶机前后,成型车间作业场所苯、甲苯浓度和刷胶岗位苯、甲苯浓度合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);成型车间工人健康检查的合格率与使用气动刷胶机后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用气动刷胶机后可降低作业工人在苯及其同系物作业环境中的暴露,有利于保护作业工人的健康。
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of aerosol brushing machine in forming workshop and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Sampling methods of labor hygiene survey were adopted to analyze and compare the changes of benzene and toluene concentration in the working environment before and after the operation of the pneumatic brushing machine and the occupational health monitoring results of workers. Results Before and after using the pneumatic brushing machine, the passing rate of benzene and toluene and the passing rate of benzene and toluene in the molding workshop were significantly different (P <0.01). The pass rate of the workers in the forming workshop and the qualified rate of using the pneumatic brush Melter after the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The use of pneumatic brushing machine can reduce the exposed workers in benzene and its homologue operating environment, which is conducive to the protection of workers’ health.
