本文采用相关数据,运用较常用的计量方法,结合房产市场的现状,对货币政策在其中的传导过程及效果进行了分析,对从房地产经济到实体经济(最终目标)之间传导的有效性进行了研究。通过分析研究可以得出这样的结果:在货币政策的传导中,房地产市场发挥着重要和关键的作用,房地产价格指数变化的格兰杰原因是false和false,居民消费物价指数、工业增加值、社会消费品零售总额变化的格兰杰原因受房价指数变化的影响。
