                                目的探讨新疆和田地区维吾尔族长寿老人血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮及生化代谢等指标的变化。方法随机抽取100例自然长寿老人(≥90岁)(长寿组)和106例(65~70岁)老年人(老年组),测定血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮、血脂、血糖、胰岛素、血肌酐、尿肌酐、血尿酸及尿液电解质水平。结果 (1)长寿组的血管紧张素Ⅱ高于老年组,而醛固酮则低于老年组,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)长寿组空腹血糖、血胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、甘油三酯均低于老年组,而长寿组总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均高于老年组,两组比较除空腹血糖外均有显著性差异统计学意义(P<0.05),长寿组和老年组血肌酐未见明显差异(P>0.05),但长寿组老人尿肌酐和血尿酸均高于老年组(P<0.05)。(3)长寿组的尿钾高于老年组(P<0.05),尿比重低于老年组(P<0.05),两组尿钠和尿pH未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论血管紧张素Ⅱ增高、醛固酮降低的分离现象,总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇相对增高及尿钾水平相对较高是该地区长寿老人的特征。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ, aldosterone and biochemical metabolism of Uygur longevous elderly people in Hetian area, Xinjiang. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with longevity (≥90 years old) (longevity group) and 106 elderly patients (aged 65 ~ 70 years old) were randomly selected for determination of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ, aldosterone, blood lipid, blood glucose, insulin and serum creatinine , Creatinine, serum uric acid and urine electrolytes. Results (1) Angiotensin Ⅱ in longevity group was higher than that in elderly group, while aldosterone was lower than that in elderly group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). (2) The fasting blood glucose, blood insulin, insulin resistance index and triglyceride in longevity group were lower than those in the elderly group, while the levels of total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in longevity group were higher than those in the elderly group There was no significant difference in serum creatinine between the longevity group and the elderly group (P> 0.05), but the urine creatinine and serum uric acid in the longevity group were higher than those in the elderly group (P <0.05). (3) The urine potassium in longevity group was higher than that in the elderly group (P <0.05), and the urinary specific gravity was lower than that in the elderly group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in urinary sodium and urine pH between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Angiotensin II increased, aldosterone decreased, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, and urine potassium levels were relatively high, which were the characteristics of longevity in the area.
