介绍了超声波图像可视装置SDS-6500R,及其对缺陷的定性判断原理和定量分析方法。利用该设备,对炼钢厂生产的连铸坯样品(截面为20mm×20mm)进行了超声C扫描探伤,并通过金相显微镜观察对探伤结果进行验证。结果表明,使用50MHz的高频水浸聚焦探头,该设备可以有效探测被检测件中〉30μm的非金属夹杂物等缺陷,将夹杂物和气孔区分开来,而且对缺陷数量的统计结果也比较精确,适用于实验室检测和分析。“,”Qualitative identification of defect type and quantitative identification of the defect size by SDS-6500R ultrasonic testing & imaging system were described for continuously cast slab( 20 mm× 20 mm) from steelmaking plant.
