第三届长城射频消蚀研讨会于1992年6月1~5日在北京医科大学第一医院举行,来自全国各地的近百名心脏病学专科医师出席了此次会议。国际著名心脏电生理学家台湾长庚医学院院长吴德朗教授及王俊杰主治医师应邀参加并作了学术报告及射频消蚀操作表演。以下内容是根据吴教授及王医师的报告及操作方法整理而成。一、室上性心动过速(SVT)的分类及治疗引起阵发性SVT的机制分为自律性增高及折返两大类。后者可引起4种类型的心动过速:房室结折返性(AVNRT)、房室折返性(AVRT)、窦房折返及房内折返性心动过速。预激综合征引起的AVRT是临床常见的心动过速,常由心房或心室期前收缩诱发。由于旁路不应期多长于房室结不应期,
The Third Great Wall RF Erosion Seminar was held in the First Hospital of Beijing Medical University from June 1 to June 5, 1992. Nearly 100 cardiologists from all over the country attended the conference. Dr. Wu Delang, the chief physician of internationally renowned cardiac electrophysiologist Chang Gung Memorial School of Medicine and Wang Junjie, the chief physician of Taiwan’s Chang Gung Memorial Medical School, was invited to attend and gave academic reports and radio frequency ablation operations. The following is based on the report of Professor Wu and Dr. Wang and the operation method. First, the classification and treatment of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) caused by paroxysmal SVT mechanism is divided into self-discipline and reentry into two categories. The latter can cause four types of tachycardia: atrioventricular nodal reentry (AVNRT), atrioventricular reentrant (AVRT), sinoatrial reentry and reentrant atrial tachycardia. AVRT caused by Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome is a common clinical tachycardia, often induced by atrial or ventricular premature contraction.
