糖原合成酶激酶3β(GSK-3β)是一种丝/苏氨酸激酶,GSK调节多种细胞反应,如细胞生长、分化、程序性死亡和炎性反应。目前研究发现,GSK-3β调控着促炎因子核因子κB(NF-κB)的活化,及NF-κB介导的趋化因子的表达。近年来一些研究揭示GSK-3β参与人和实验模型中的炎症性疾病,如急性肾衰竭、糖尿病肾病、慢性移植肾肾病。因此,抑制GSK-3β的活性可作为治疗肾脏疾病的靶点。
Glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK-3 [beta]) is a silk / threonine kinase that regulates a variety of cellular responses such as cell growth, differentiation, programmed death, and inflammatory responses. The current study found that GSK-3βregulated the activation of proinflammatory cytokine NF-κB and NF-κB-mediated chemokine expression. In recent years, some studies have revealed that GSK-3β participates in inflammatory diseases in experimental and experimental models, such as acute renal failure, diabetic nephropathy, and chronic allograft nephropathy. Therefore, inhibiting the activity of GSK-3β may serve as a target for the treatment of kidney disease.
