目的观察一种复方中草药抗菌制剂抗菌效果及其毒性作用,为实际应用提供科学数据。方法采用肉汤稀释法和动物实验法,对该复方中草药抗菌制剂的体外抑菌效果和毒性进行实验室观察。结果该复方中草药制剂的原液作用2 min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率依次分别为94.39%、87.82%和84.60%。该复方中草药抗菌制剂密封储存于37℃恒温箱内90 d后,其原液作用2 min,对白色念珠菌菌的抑菌率为87.25%,与储存前相比较其抑菌作用不下降。该复方中草药抗菌制剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重),其原液对家兔完整皮肤刺激指数为0。结论该复方中草药抗菌制剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有一定抑菌作用,属于无毒级物质。
Objective To observe the antibacterial effect and toxicity of a compound Chinese herbal medicine antimicrobial preparation and provide scientific data for practical application. Methods The broth dilution method and animal experiment were used to observe the antibacterial activity and toxicity of the compound Chinese herbal medicine in vitro. Results The antibacterial rate of the compound Chinese herbal medicine for 2 min and against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were 94.39%, 87.82% and 84.60%, respectively. The antibacterial preparation of the compound Chinese herbal medicine was stored in a thermostat at 37 ℃ for 90 days and its original solution was treated for 2 minutes. The antibacterial activity against Candida albicans was 87.25%. Its antibacterial activity did not decrease compared with that before storage. The anti-bacterial compound Chinese herbal medicine has an acute oral toxicity LD50 of> 5000 mg / kg (body weight) on mice, and the intact liquid has an intact skin irritation index of 0 on rabbits. Conclusion The compound Chinese herbal medicine antibacterial preparation has certain antibacterial effect on bacterial propagules and fungi, and belongs to non-toxic substances.
