目的:改进工作场所空气中磷酸的测定方法。方法:用0.8μm微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气中磷酸,以分光光度法于882 nm波长处测定吸光度。结果:方法简便、快速,灵敏度较高,有色物的稳定性好。精密度(相对标准偏差)为0.52%~3.75%,准确度(加标回收率)为94.2%~103.2%。用水浸泡解吸,简化了操作,并可以消除空气中五氧化二磷的干扰,解吸效率为99.8%,RSD为2.65%。结论:方法符合工作场所空气测定要求,测定空气样品获得比较满意的结果。
Objective: To improve the determination of phosphoric acid in the air in the workplace. Methods: Phosphoric acid was collected in the air of workplace with 0.8μm microporous membrane, and the absorbance was measured by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 882 nm. Results: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and stable. The precision (relative standard deviation) was 0.52% -3.75%, and the accuracy (spike recovery) was 94.2% -103.2%. Desorption with water immersion simplifies the operation and eliminates the interference of phosphorus pentoxide in the air with a desorption efficiency of 99.8% and a RSD of 2.65%. Conclusion: The method meets the requirements of air measurement in the workplace and obtains satisfactory results for air samples.
