根据2010年4月在杭州湾邻近海域进行的现场调查,结合同步的化学和水文环境要素资料,分析了该海域尿素的浓度变化以及占溶解氮的比例,探讨了尿素的分布特征与主要来源。结果表明:(1)调查海域尿素平均值为(1.14±0.90)μmol/L,浓度范围为0.19~6.55μmol/L,尿素含量相当于无机氮盐总量的7%,同时占有机氮含量的7%~12%,占总溶解氮含量的3%~7%。(2)其平面分布特征呈现近岸高、远岸低的特点,高值区主要分布在杭州湾口海域,主要来源于陆源输入,其中表层受影响较为显著。
According to the site survey conducted in April 2010 in the adjacent area of Hangzhou Bay and the data of chemical and hydrological elements, the variations of urea concentration and the proportion of dissolved nitrogen in the sea area were analyzed. The distribution characteristics and main sources of urea were discussed. The results showed that: (1) The mean value of urea in the surveyed sea area was (1.14 ± 0.90) μmol / L, the concentration range was 0.19 ~ 6.55μmol / L, the content of urea was equal to 7% of the total amount of inorganic nitrogen, 7% ~ 12%, accounting for 3% ~ 7% of the total dissolved nitrogen content. (2) The characteristics of its surface distribution are characterized by high nearshore and low coast distance. The high value areas are mainly distributed in the Hangzhou bayou area, mainly due to the input of terrestrial sources, of which the surface layer is significantly affected.
