本文报告B超定位干式体外震波碎石治疗肾结石363例。结石粉碎率为98.8％,1周排净率35.5％随访3月排净率91.5％。认为B超定位在肾阴性结石体外震波碎石(ESWL)方面具有优越性,提出了ESWL后“石串”的治疗预防措施;强调ESWL中电极间隙的调整及双肾结石应先治疗结石小、肾积水轻的一侧。
This article reports B-positioning dry extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy 363 cases of kidney stones. Stone crushing rate of 98.8%, 1 week net discharge rate of 35.5% follow-up in March net discharge rate of 91.5%. It is considered that B-ultrasound has the superiority in ESWL, and put forward the treatment and prevention measures of “stone string” after ESWL. It is emphasized that the adjustment of electrode gap and renal stones in ESWL should be treated with small stones, Hydronephrosis light side.
