目的 :观察过滤前后的鱼腥草注射液加入不同输液中的微粒变化情况。方法 :利用微粒分析仪测定鱼腥草注射液经过滤、不过滤分别加入 0 .9%氯化钠注射液 ,5 %葡萄糖注射液 ,10 %葡萄糖注射液中混合后的微粒。结果 :鱼腥草注射液中含有大量微粒 ,各混合输液中微粒显著增长 ,且增长数目因输液种类及药液加入方法不同 ,差异较大。过滤后加入输液中的微粒较不过滤的明显降低。结论 :临床应用时 ,应将鱼腥草注射液过滤后加入输液中。
Objective: To observe the change of particles of Houttuynia cordata injection before and after filtration into different infusions. Methods: The Houttuynia cordata injection was determined by the particle analyzer, but the mixed particles were not filtered after adding 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection and 10% glucose injection respectively. Results: Houttuynia Cordata injection contains a large number of particles, the mixed infusion significantly increased the number of particles, and the number of growth due to the type of infusion and liquid to join different methods, large differences. After filtration, the particles added to the infusion were significantly less filtered than those without filtration. Conclusion: In clinical application, Houttuynia cordata injection should be added to the infusion after filtration.
