江苏省江堤修防处1955年的增产节约工作取得了较大的成绩。水利事业管理费原订节约指标为6,800元。实际完成10,600多元;水利工程事业原订节约指标63,700元,实际完成145,800多元。他们之所以获得这样的成绩,主要是因为领导重视,并采取了一系列的具体措施。首先是该处节约小组对全年经费‘进行排队,经过反覆的研究,和有关业务部门联系,初步拟定了节约指标’,并经处务会议审查决定。以後又根据具体情况,进行了第二次研究,将指标作了修正,才送请领导最後核定。为了保证能够达到指标的数字,还采取了下面几个措施: 一、确定以工程较大经费较多的青龙港工程作为节约的重点,紧紧抓着这一环。并对派往工地的技术干部和财务人员布置节约任务,要求他们在工作中起保证作用。
