婴幼儿腹泻是由不同原因引起的以腹泻为主要症状的儿科常见肠道疾病，目前，仍未见特效疗法。我院应用妈咪爱、思密达联合口服治疗婴幼儿腹泻104例，同时将利巴韦林（病毒唑）肌注或静脉滴注加思密达口服治疗婴幼儿腹泻90例作为对照，现报告如下。
