通过从黄斑星天牛幼虫僵尸上僵菌的分离培养,菌种鉴定和室内对该虫种寄生的生物活性的测定研究以后,肯定白僵菌(产地:黄斑星天牛)对黄斑星天牛大幼虫的寄生率在室内可达92.5%(1.1亿孢子/毫升),说明该菌有进一步研究利用的价值。为了探索该菌在自然条件下对黄斑星天牛幼虫的致病效果和防治生产上将使用的剂型、施药方式和时机等问题,我们于1982年3月—7月,在甘肃省天水市和武山县选点部署这项试验。试验期间,得到天水地区林木病虫防治检疫站和武山县林业局的大力支持和协助,从而保证了预期计划的顺利完成,我们深为感谢。这里把此项研究结果整理报告如下:一、本项研究的范围。
