目的 :探讨小儿慢性维生素 A、D混合中毒的 X线诊断特点。方法 :维生素 A、D混合中毒患儿 12例 ,摄骨骼 X线片 ,采用尤静生的简易骨龄测定法测定其骨龄及其改变。结果 :颅骨骨缝缘增白 8例 ;骨干变细 ,皮质变薄 10例 ;骨膜新骨 7例 ;先期钙化带增厚 11例 ;骨骺及腕骨、跗骨指环征 12例 ;骨龄提前 3例。结论 :X线表现结合临床病史可正确诊断本病。年龄越小 ,其 X线表现出现越早 Objective: To investigate the characteristics of X-ray diagnosis of chronic vitamin A and D mixed poisoning in children.
