沉没度是油田生产的重要参数,是油井产量和效率的决定因素之一。研究抽油机井合理沉没度就是要提高采油井的产量和系统效率。泵的合理沉没度与油藏条件、油井产量、杆管本身的特性以及流体物性等有关。要根据油井生产的协调关系,具体油井的油藏情况、合理配置抽油设备和油井工作等参数确定水驱抽油机井合理沉没度,以得到井下举升效率的高效及更好经济效益。本文通过对井底流入、流出曲线的分析计算,和现场实际数据的拟合计算,建立了以提高井下举升效率为目标的泵合理沉没度的研究方法。
Submergence is an important parameter in oilfield production and is one of the determinants of well productivity and efficiency. To study the reasonable submergence of pumping wells is to increase the production and system efficiency of oil wells. The reasonable submergence of the pump is related to reservoir conditions, well production, the characteristics of the pipe itself, and fluid properties. It is necessary to determine the reasonable degree of subsidence of a water-pumping unit according to the coordination of well production, reservoir conditions of specific wells, and the rational allocation of pumping equipment and well work to obtain high efficiency and better economic benefits of downhole lifting efficiency. In this paper, the method of researching the reasonable submergence of the pump aimed at improving the downhole lifting efficiency is established through the calculation and calculation of the inflow and outflow curves and the fitting calculation of the actual field data.
