大庆油田采用注水采油,原油含水量逐步升高。本文根据大庆油田的脱水实践,重点讨论了原油热—化学脱水与直流电—化学脱水工艺;破乳剂的优选与运用;在电脱水器中,各层电极距的确定;电场的自动控制和油水界面的自动调节技术等。经过直流电—化学脱水后,原油含水以及污水含油都在0.3%以下,满足了外输和炼制的要求。
