新的学期开始了,又有一批课程改革实验区投入到了课程改革中。对于新加入课程改革的老师来说,您也许已经认真研究了课程标准,面对新的教学资源,正在考虑如何把新的课程理念落实到课堂教学实践中去。而对于已经进行课程改革实验的广大老师来说,您也会对已有的教学实践进行总结与反思。本文作者位惠女是河南省实验小学的老师,也是北师大版数学教材的编写者之一。位老师于1998年投入课程改革实验,在不断的探索中,对新课程的实施有了自己的体验,并把自己遇到的问题、进行的反思以及进行改进的过程写出来。这样,不仅对作者本身的业务能力是一次提升,也为广大老师提供了一个很好的讨论话题。
