近年来,服装工业在各地蓬勃发展,缝纫工人数量剧增。缝纫工人由于其长时间特定的坐姿(低头、颈部持续向前弯曲、弯腰弓背),容易产生腰背肌的劳损而致腰背酸痛;长时间低头作业,由于颈部活动受限制,时间长了往往会导致颈椎病;长时间两眼注视快速穿梭的缝针,且缺乏长短距离的调节,易引起视力早衰或近视;加上久坐、缺少活动,坐骨神经及肛门周围血管持续受压和血循环不良,还容易引起坐骨神经痛及痔疮等。为避免发生以上一些职业性多发病,缝纫工人必须注意自我保健,预防这些病的发生。
