近年来,作为国民经济的生力军,小微企业迅猛发展,在对我国经济、市场、就业等方面都起到了重要的作用。但在竞争激烈的市场经济中,小微企业仍处于弱势,而人才短缺是其所面临的重大问题之一,因此通过培训锻造一支高素质的人才队伍是小微企业的当务之急。但是,由于多数企业存在对培训认识上的偏差、培训需求不到位等诸多问题,使培训未能发挥其应有的作用。因此,本文通过分析当前小微企业在员工培训方面所面临的困境,结合小微企业自身特点提出了转变培训理念、建立系统、高效的培训体系、采用“项目闭环设计”的方式,对培训进行规划等五项建议。
In recent years, as a new force in the national economy, the rapid development of small and micro enterprises has played an important role in China’s economy, market and employment. However, in the highly competitive market economy, the small and micro enterprises are still in a weak position, and the shortage of talents is one of the major problems they face. Therefore, forging a highly qualified workforce through training is a top priority for small and micro enterprises. However, due to the fact that most enterprises have some misunderstandings on training awareness and inadequate training needs, training has failed to play its due role. Therefore, by analyzing the current difficulties faced by small and micro enterprises in staff training and combining with the characteristics of small and micro enterprises, this paper proposes the transformation of training concept, the establishment of a systematic and efficient training system, adopting the “closed-loop design” approach, Training and planning five recommendations.
