目的研究荨麻科植物葡萄叶艾麻中的化学成分。方法用乙醇提取,经石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇系统溶剂萃取后,将氯仿和正丁醇提取部分,再用硅胶柱层析分离纯化;分别得到3个单体化合物。经化学、TLC、光谱分析及标准品比较,确定为谷甾醇类、硝酸盐类、三萜皂苷类。结果他们分别是β-谷甾醇、硝酸钾,3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-21-β-羟基艾麻三萜皂苷。结论以上3个化合物均首次从该植物中得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Araceae from the genitalia family. Methods After being extracted with ethanol and solvent extraction with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol system, chloroform and n-butanol were extracted and then purified by silica gel column chromatography. Three monomer compounds were obtained. By chemical, TLC, spectral analysis and comparison of standards, identified as sitosterols, nitrates, triterpene saponins. As a result, they were β-sitosterol, potassium nitrate, and 3-O-β-D-glucose-21-β-hydroxymethylene triterpene saponins. Conclusion The above three compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
