0引言河道截流是水电站建设的关键项目,截流失败将导致水电站整体进度拖延至少一年,这对水电站效益造成巨大影响。在河道围堰合龙阶段,数十小时内施工强度、资源投入均达到峰值,进度控制和风险管理要求十分严格。本文以某水电站为例,介绍了在河道截流工程项目管理过程中,以目标为导向,系统规划、合理组织、强化进度管理及细化风险分析与应对,最终实现了截流项目目标按期保质完成。本项目各方面因素全面考虑,各项指标控制有力,是运用现代项目管理方法获取项目成功的典型案例。
0 Introduction River closure is a key project for the construction of hydropower stations. Failure of river closure will result in a delay of at least a year in the overall progress of hydropower stations, which has a huge impact on the efficiency of hydropower stations. Closure of the river cofferdam phase, dozens of hours of construction intensity, resource investment peaked, schedule control and risk management requirements are very strict. Taking a certain hydropower station as an example, this paper introduces the goal-oriented, systematic planning, reasonable organization, enhanced progress management and detailed risk analysis and response in the process of river closure project management, and finally achieves the completion of the closure project objectives on a timely basis. All aspects of the project are fully considered and all indicators are well controlled. It is a typical case of using modern project management methods to obtain project success.
