对工程中常用的开口、闭口以及缩口3种压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板进行弯曲性能试验,考察不同类型压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板的破坏形态、界面剪切黏结性能及纵向抗剪承载能力。研究结果表明:开口型和缩口型组合楼板在外荷载作用下发生纵向剪切破坏;闭口型随着跨度的增加,破坏模式由纵向剪切破坏转为弯曲破坏。通过m-k法对组合楼板纵向剪切承载力进行计算,结果表明混凝土强度对组合楼板纵向抗剪承载力影响不大。
The flexural properties of three kinds of profiled steel-concrete composite slabs, which are commonly used in engineering, are studied. The failure modes, interfacial shear bond strength and longitudinal shear capacity of different types of profiled steel-concrete composite slabs are investigated. . The results show that the open type and the shrink-grouting composite slab under the external load longitudinal shear failure; closed-type with the span increases, the failure mode from the longitudinal shear failure to bending damage. The longitudinal shear bearing capacity of the composite slab is calculated by m-k method. The results show that the concrete strength has little effect on the longitudinal shear strength of the composite slab.
