急性白血病细胞在形态特征,和新陈代谢方面都将发生量和质的异常,从而导致其生理功能的改变。利用目前各种新技术来观察、研究白血病细胞的异常动力学改变,从而掌握其变化的规律,采取合理而有效的治疗措施,达到提高疗率、减少复发、延长生存期的目的,并兼而探索急性白血病的细胞生物学机理,亦即我们今天临床和基础理论相结合研究白血病的重要课题之一。
