为解决军事供应链成员个体理性与集体理性决策之间的冲突,提高供应链运作绩效及使其成员相互协调地工作.运用博弈论和系统优化方法,构建由一个制造商、一个供应站和多个舰艇部队组成的3级供应链模型,分析了常态下的军事供应链合作模型,得出其最优的订货量.当突发事件造成舰艇部队需求或制造商成本扰动很大时,供应链将不再协调,可通过调整批发价格、回收价格或设计新合约使供应链重新协调,抗击突发事件风险,实现供应链收益的最大化.
