以兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环(Main Cooler Storage Ring at Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou,HIRFL-CSRm)四极铁电源为例,介绍了一种大功率数字脉冲电源的模块化设计方法。采用了模块化标准化设计原则,大幅度降低了电源尺寸,提高了原部件集成度和功率密度,对电源进行了热分析。搭建完成了一台样机,通过样机验证,测试了电源热分布及电磁兼容性EMC(Electro Magnetic Compatibility)性能。测试结果表明,这种模块化结构达到了设计要求。
Taking the quadrupole power supply of Lanzhou Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL-CSRm) as an example, a modular design method of high power digital pulse power supply is introduced. Adopt modular standardized design principles, greatly reducing the power supply size, improve the integration of the original parts and power density, the thermal analysis of the power supply. A prototype was set up and prototype tested to verify the power distribution and electromagnetic compatibility (Electro Magnetic Compatibility) performance. Test results show that this modular structure to meet the design requirements.
