采用注塑成型法制备了玻璃纤维/PVC(聚氯乙烯)复合材料。研究了制备过程中成型压力、成型温度及模具温度等对该复合材料拉伸强度、剪切强度和弯曲强度的影响。研究结果表明:当成型射压为130 MPa、保压为100 MPa、背压为0.5 MPa、成型温度为420℃、模具温度为100℃和w(玻璃纤维)=15%(相对于复合材料质量而言)时,复合材料的综合性能相对最好,其拉伸强度(77.4 MPa)和剪切强度(57.4 MPa)相对最大,并且制品表面光滑且颜色正常,而且弯曲强度比纯PVC提高了68.4%。
Glass fiber / PVC (polyvinyl chloride) composites were prepared by injection molding. The effects of forming pressure, forming temperature and mold temperature on the tensile strength, shear strength and flexural strength of the composites were studied. The results show that when the forming pressure is 130 MPa, the packing pressure is 100 MPa, the back pressure is 0.5 MPa, the molding temperature is 420 ℃, the mold temperature is 100 ℃ and w (glass fiber) is 15% (relative to the mass of the composite (77.4 MPa) and shear strength (57.4 MPa) are the largest, and the surface of the product is smooth and the color is normal, and the bending strength is increased by 68.4 compared with the pure PVC %.
