随着我国经济建设的不断发展,国内企业在迎来新一轮发展机遇的同时也面临着来自市场更为严格的挑选以及同类型企业更为激烈的竞争。企业想要获得进一步发展就必须不断提升自己的内部管理工作质量,而内部管理控制工作不仅对于一般规模生产经营型企业非常重要,对于集团企业等拥有众多分公司、子公司的大型企业来说也是非常重要的。内部控制是当前加强企业管理工作质量提升的重要手段之一,而对于集团企业来说,如何在内部控制方法的指引下和背景下加强对子公司的各项管理则是一个具有艰巨性、复杂性、综合性的庞大课题。本文重点谈谈如何在内部控制视角下有效加强对子公司的各项管理,从而促进子公司与总公司的共同发展,以供参考。
