在分析涡轮叶片冷气通道几何结构的基础上,提出其建模方法,提取了关键造型参数,设计了参数化建模流程,使用UG/Open API编程,在UG平台上开发了相应的模块,实现了冷气通道的快速建模和参数化修改。与原有设计方式相比提高了设计效率,同时也为复杂曲面特征的参数化设计提供了借鉴。研究有助于提高叶片零件的研发和设计效率。
Based on the analysis of the geometric structure of the cooling air passage of the turbine blade, the modeling method is proposed, the key modeling parameters are extracted, the parametric modeling process is designed, the UG / Open API programming is used, the corresponding module is developed on the UG platform, The rapid modeling and parameterization of air-conditioned passage. Compared with the original design method, the design efficiency is improved. At the same time, it also provides references for parametric design of complex curved surface features.
