本文研究了空空导弹弹体接头柔度的确定方法。文中提出了改进的传递矩阵法,在该法的数学模型中加进了接头的模型,从而建立含有计算和测试模态的目标函数与接头柔度之间的隐含关系。利用DFP变尺度法对目标函数进行优化,求得各个接头的柔度。计算过程中提出了加权因子选取的原则和方法,应用Steward差商代替偏导数,经实例计算和分析,证明所用方法具有较高的计算精度和较快的收敛速度,而且不用求解导弹的质量矩阵、刚度矩阵和阻尼矩阵,可直接求得各个接头的柔度。所讨论的问题除空空导弹外,对其它链式结构也是同样适用的。
This paper studies the determination method of airfoil missile body joint flexibility. In this paper, an improved transfer matrix method is proposed. The model of the joint is added into the mathematical model of the method, so as to establish the implicit relationship between the objective function and the joint flexibility of the calculation and test modal. Using DFP to optimize the objective function, the flexibility of each joint can be obtained. In the process of calculation, the principle and method of weighting factor selection are proposed. The Steward difference quotient is used instead of partial derivative, and the example calculation and analysis prove that the method has higher calculation accuracy and faster convergence speed, and does not need to solve the mass matrix of missile , Stiffness matrix and damping matrix, the flexibility of each joint can be obtained directly. The issues discussed are equally applicable to other chain structures, in addition to air-to-air missiles.
