目的:探索四磨汤治疗小儿消化不良的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的104例消化不良患儿为研究对象,分为对照组、研究组,对照组给药复方嗜酸乳杆菌片,研究组同时给药四磨汤。结果:对照组治疗总有效率80.77%,研究组96.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后胃肠激素指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床中可应用四磨汤治疗消化不良患儿,效果显著,见效快。 Objective: To explore the effect of Sihuang Tang in treating children with indigestion. Methods: A total of 104 cases of dyspeptic children admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as control group, study group and control group. Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus was administered to the study group, Four mill soup. Results: The total effective rate was 80.77% in the control group and 96.15% in the study group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Gastrointestinal hormone after treatment in study group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Four mill soup can be used in clinical treatment of indigestion children, the effect is significant, quick.
