作为国家卫生方针政策的具体执行者和医院改革的组织实施者,医院管理干部队伍在具备全局观念、市场意识等基础职业素养的同时,也要注重决策决断能力、组织协调能力等能力结构。就医院管理干部队伍建设的实际情况而言,医院管理干部人员大多来自转岗的医护人员,其知识结构太过单一,往往缺乏管理经验,因而改善医院管理队伍的建设具有十分重要的战略意义。本文从医院管理干部队伍的建设意义出发,分析研究医院管理干部队伍的建设现状,探讨医院管理干部队伍的有效建设对策。
As the concrete implementer of the national health policy and the organizational implementer of hospital reform, the contingent of hospital management cadres should pay attention to the competency structure such as decision-making ability and organization and coordination capability while having the basic professionalism of global concept and market awareness. Hospital management cadre team building for the actual situation, the majority of hospital management personnel from the transfer of medical staff, the knowledge structure is too single, often lack of management experience, thus improving the construction of hospital management team has a very important strategic significance.
