以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,分别以三元乙丙橡胶和二元乙丙橡胶为原料,在氯气的作用下,研究了氯化乙丙橡胶的合成。进行了溶剂的筛选,讨论了反应时间及反应温度对实验结果的影响,同时对反应产物进行了表征。
With azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM) was synthesized with ethylene-propylene rubber and ethylene-propylene rubber as raw materials under the action of chlorine gas. The solvent screening was carried out. The effects of reaction time and reaction temperature on the experimental results were discussed. Meanwhile, the reaction products were characterized.
