党员干部学习的楷模陈济敏同志原是胶南市琅琊镇党委书记,1998年6月18日为工作累倒在办公桌旁。陈济敏同志去世后,整个青岛地区学习陈济敏同志事迹的高潮迭起。于是胶南市档案局的领导立即作出了建立陈济敏同志个人档案全宗的决定。截至目前,胶南市档案馆已先后征集到陈济敏同志生前约70余万字的日记、学习笔记、工作笔记等99本;各种学习毕业、结业证书、捐款凭证、记功、嘉奖荣誉证书等76件（份）;生前发表文章、各种追认、记功荣誉证书,缅怀、追忆文章、书籍、照片、录像带等139件（份）。对征集的各种材料,依据整理人物档案 Party member and cadre learning model Comrade Chen Jimei was formerly Jiaonan City Langya town Party committee secretary, June 18, 1998 work for the fall beside the desk.
