The museums of China and Japan have many similarities both in terms of cultural origins and museum development. However, there are some obvious, unknown differences under similar appearances. Since modern times, with the change of social functions of museums, both public education and media-sponsored cultural exhibitions, Japan has walked in the forefront of the development of the museum and formed its distinctive features as the object for reference. Relatively speaking, Japan’s familiarity with the Chinese museum community far exceeds China’s understanding of the Japanese museum community. Under the premise that the Chinese museum is facing new development opportunities, it is necessary for us to understand and learn from the experience of the international museum community including Japan. In this paper, we study the curatorial model of Japan Museum Special Exhibition and analyze and summarize it, aiming to provide first-hand information to the Chinese museum community, hoping to learn from the stone of other mountains, , For my use.
