本文讨论了常用的混凝土直接抗拉试验方法,为改进轴拉试验时的对中性,提出了一种新的试件。探索试验表明,混凝土的直接抗拉试验要考虑试件本身的不均匀性。在普通试验机上进行的混凝土抗拉应力-应变全曲线的试验研究结果表明,在抗压全曲线试验中采用的刚性试验机和附加刚性组件的方法在抗拉全曲线的试验中并不适用。根据对突然破坏试件荷载-位移曲线的分析,提出了通过卸载控制试件的变形速度,进行混凝土抗拉全曲线的试验方法。结果证明这种方法是可行的。本文对不同标号的混凝土进行了抗拉荷载-变形全曲线试验,并对试验结果进行了分析和讨论。
This article discusses the commonly used direct tensile test method for concrete. In order to improve the neutrality of the axial pull test, a new test piece is proposed. Exploratory tests have shown that the direct tensile test of concrete must consider the heterogeneity of the specimen itself. The test results of the tensile stress-strain curve of the concrete performed on an ordinary testing machine show that the rigid testing machine and the method of attaching a rigid component used in the compression full curve test are not suitable for the full tensile test. According to the analysis of the load-displacement curve of the sudden damage test piece, the test method of the full tensile strength curve of the concrete is proposed by controlling the deformation speed of the test piece by unloading. The results prove that this method is feasible. In this paper, the tensile load-deformation full-curve test is carried out for different grades of concrete, and the test results are analyzed and discussed.
