刀具磨损是机械加工刀具常见的失效形式,高速钢刀具是最常用的切削刀具,为了提高刀具的耐磨性,采用化学复合镀方法,以高速钢为基体材料、Ni-W-P为基质合金、添加耐磨微粒α-Al2O3,镀制Ni-W-P+α-Al2O3多元复合镀层。实验结果表明:该工艺得到的Ni-W-P+α-Al2O3多元复合镀层表面光亮、质感均匀、镀层结合力良好、耐蚀性优良,经过相同次数磨损试验,Ni-W-P+α-Al2O3热处理镀层的耐磨性能是W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢的3.33倍。
Tool wear is a common failure form of machining tools. High-speed steel cutting tools are the most commonly used cutting tools. In order to improve the wear resistance of the tool, chemical composite plating method, high-speed steel as base material, Ni-WP as matrix alloy, Wear-resistant particles α-Al2O3, Ni-W-P + α-Al2O3 composite plating composite coating. The experimental results show that the Ni-W-P + α-Al2O3 composite coating obtained by the process has the advantages of bright surface, uniform texture, good coating adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance. After the same number of wear tests, The wear resistance of Al2O3 heat treatment coating is 3.33 times that of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel.
