小麦白粉病是我省小麦的重要病害,每年造成一定的损失。为了贯彻“备战、备荒、为人民”的战略方针,保证小麦增产,特对病菌的生物学进行了研究,现将结果摘要于下。一、病菌的侵入小麦白粉菌是体外寄生菌,分生孢子萌发后,生出芽管及附着孢直接侵入小麦的表皮细胞,在表皮细胞内形成扁园形的、两侧有指状分枝的吸孢吸收营养。
