目的:探讨消毒供应中心运用集中式管理模式的实施与效果。方法:我院消毒供应中心于2010年底开展实施集中式管理模式,从建筑格局、设备配备、人员培训等着手,按计划、分步骤实施,进行质量追溯管理,加强与临床沟通合作。结果:器械清洗质量得到提高,灭菌成功率达100%,节约了物资成本,减少了一线护士非护理性操作,无院内感染事件的发生。结论:消毒供应中心集中式管理明显提高复用器械的消毒质量,发挥了消毒供应中心应有的作用,使消毒供应中心的发展向着规范化、标准化和系统化的管理模式迈进。
Objective: To discuss the implementation and effect of the centralized management mode of disinfection and supply center. Methods: At the end of 2010, the Center for Disinfection and Supply of Supplies implemented a centralized management mode. Starting from the construction pattern, equipment and personnel training, it implemented the project according to plan and step by step. The company carried out quality traceability management and strengthened cooperation with clinical communication. Results: The quality of instrument cleaning was improved, the success rate of sterilization was 100%, material cost was saved, non-nursing operation of first-line nurses was reduced, and no nosocomial infection occurred. Conclusion: The centralized management of disinfection supply center obviously improves the disinfection quality of the multiplexed equipment and plays a due role in the disinfection supply center, which makes the development of disinfection supply center forward to the standardized, standardized and systematic management mode.
