为探讨一、二期梅毒皮损组织细胞免疫应答过程及机制 ,采用免疫组织化学及计算机图像分析的方法 ,对一、二期梅毒病损组织中的CD 3、CD 2 0、CD 6 8表达进行定性定量分析研究。结果显示 ,4 3例一、二期梅毒标本中CD 3、CD 2 0、D68表达均阳性 ,表达水平随病期发展、皮肤损害加重而逐渐升高。CD 6 8表达水平高于CD 3、CD 2 0 ,尤其在血管周围表达明显增高 ,CD 2 0表达较低。研究表明 ,T细胞、B细胞 ,特别是巨噬细胞在清除早期梅毒组织内感染的梅毒螺旋体过程中起着重要的细胞免疫调节作用 ,但作用不完全。
To investigate the mechanism and mechanism of cellular immune response in the first and second stages of syphilis lesion, the expression of CD 3, CD 2 0 and CD 6 8 in the first and second stage syphilis lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis Qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the expression of CD 3, CD 2 0 and D68 in 43 primary and secondary syphilis specimens was positive. The expression level increased with the progression of the disease and the skin damage increased gradually. The expression level of CD68 was higher than that of CD3 and CD20, especially in the perivascular area. CD68 expression was lower. Studies have shown that T cells, B cells, especially macrophages play an important role in cellular immunity in the clearance of Treponema pallidum infected with early syphilis tissue, but the effect is not complete.
