研究了工业控制用低速率塑料光纤接收芯片的设计方案。首先根据实际情况对整个接收芯片的基本参数、生产工艺的选择进行了分析,然后提出了塑料光纤接收芯片的系统架构,详细分析了电路中直流失调和1/f噪声两大关键问题的解决思路,并应用Cadence软件设计了功能完备的接收芯片。最后通过搭建仿真传输链路,对设计的塑料光纤接收芯片性能进行了验证。
