分析了学术团队内在价值意义共享水平与知识创新能力水平之间的关系，以及内在价值意义共享水平的前因变量，并利用调研数据进行了验证性研究。结果显示：团队内在价值意义共享水平是直接影响学术团队知识创新能力水平的重要变量，团队文化和团队激励机制是影响学术团队内在价值意义共享水平的重要因素。
