中国农业企业进入非洲后经历了从社会价值与资源分享到利润与收入分享的不同阶段,而后形成多种经营模式并存的格局。在新时期,中国农业企业可以通过商业与援助结合的模式向非洲传播农业技术和促进非洲农业产业升级,可以增加与社区的互动来改善当地社会生态效益,还可以通过“公司+农户”和产业链模式来提高非洲农业的富民效应与附加值。在这个过程中,企业须同合作伙伴签订明确契约,“入乡随俗”破解困局并积极履行社会责任。
After entering Africa, Chinese agricultural enterprises have experienced different stages from social value and resource sharing to profit and income sharing, and then formed a pattern in which a variety of business models coexist.
