承德磷矿混合井提升的特点是中段多、运距短,提升物料种类多,因此力图变化大,操作复杂。尤其当提升空罐和提升人员时,等速段将出现较大的负力,这就要求电控装置自动投入动力制动,而采用金属电阻控制系统是难以满足上述要求。为此我们采用了可控硅串级调速电控系统,它具有如下特点: 1.用交流传动系统而获得了近似直流系统的特性,达到了无级调速,使起动、停车平稳,减少了机械冲击。 2.将消耗于转子附加电阻中的转差功率,经整流、逆变反馈至电网,从而节省了电能。
