对榆林地区“全国北方春小麦区试”1997~1998年两年度参试品种(系)品质性状的分析认为,年际之间的气候差异对品种籽粒品质的影响甚大;在该地区选育产量和品质性状均较稳定的新品种极为重要。在较好的气候条件下,榆林地区可以生产出质量较高的小麦商品粮。榆林春小麦的蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量较高,但沉淀值较低。
The analysis of the quality traits of the tested varieties (lines) in the “National Northern Spring Wheat Regional Trial” of Yulin from 1997 to 1998 suggests that the inter-annual climatic differences have a great influence on the grain quality of the varieties. In the area, New varieties of more stable quality traits are extremely important. Under better climatic conditions, Yulin region can produce high quality wheat commodity grains. Yulin spring wheat protein content, wet gluten content is higher, but the sedimentation value is lower.
