粮食中无机砷的含量超标会严重威胁人的身体健康。我国标准中测量无机砷的方法有两种,本文采用的是氢化物原子荧光光度法,并在国标基础上进行了优化,使该方法更具有科学性和效率性。本文详细介绍了样品前处理步骤、仪器使用条件和试验过程中的注意事项。
The content of inorganic arsenic in food will seriously threaten human’s health. There are two ways to measure inorganic arsenic in our country standard. In this paper, hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry is used, which is optimized on the basis of national standard, making the method more scientific and efficient. This article details sample preparation procedures, instrument conditions, and precautions during the test.
