三坐标测量机自研制开发至今大约有30年历史。在这期间,人们对“能高效测量空间物体的测量机”这一形象有了广泛的认识。同时,随着电子计算机数据处理技术的高度发展,新的测量机不仅可用于坐标值的测量,而且还适用于形状测量,其效用得到了很高的评价。特别是近5~6年来,由于三坐标测量机的CNC化,它同老一代手动式三坐标测量机不同,与CAD/CAM系统连结在一起的新一代三坐标测量机正在或者说已经出现。从构成系统来说,三坐标测量机的作用与地位显得越来越重要。
CMM since its research and development has about 30 years of history. During this period, there was widespread recognition of the image of a “measuring machine capable of measuring space objects efficiently.” At the same time, with the development of computer data processing technology, the new measuring machine can not only be used for measuring coordinate values, but also for shape measurement, and its utility has been highly evaluated. Especially in the recent 5 ~ 6 years, due to the CNC of CMM, unlike the older generation of hand-held CMM, a new generation of CMM linked with CAD / CAM system is being or has emerged. From the composition of the system, the role and status of CMM is more and more important.
