人人都期望自己健康长寿,而健康,不仅仅是吃好、喝好,或者是使用什么祖传秘方、偏方等来保健延寿,保持一个好的心态十分重要。长寿的老年人几乎全都有一个好的心态。什么是健康的心态呢?简单一点讲,就是一个人的认识、情感、感觉、意识、行为、人格等方面保持相对完整与协调,适应社会,并与社会的发展保持一致性。
